Vivo is getting ready to introduce the next-generation V50 series in India shortly. The forthcoming smartphone has already begun to be teased by the brand. The upcoming Vivo V50’s launch date has not yet been confirmed by the brand. Nonetheless, the Vivo V50’s official-looking poster reveals that it will be released on February 18 and will have ZEISS cameras.

Features and Expected Price of the Vivo V50 in India

The Vivo V50’s design will have an LED ring light underneath a pill-shaped elevated camera module that houses dual-camera sensors with Zeiss branding.  

It is anticipated that the Vivo V50 would feature a 6.7-inch quad-curved screen with a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC, the same processor that powers the Vivo V40, may power it. Multiple storage combinations will be available for the phone, including 8GB RAM with 128GB storage and 12GB RAM with 256GB storage.

Regarding software, the Vivo V50 will probably come with Android 15 OS. Additionally, it is anticipated to include a sizable 6,000mAh battery that can be charged at 90W, which is an improvement over the Vivo V40’s 5500mAh battery. 

The Vivo V50 is probably going to have a 50MP primary camera and a 50MP secondary sensor for optics. It might have a 50MP sensor up front for taking selfies. Additionally, the phone is expected to have IP68 + IP69 ratings for water and dust resistance. According to rumours, the Vivo V50 will cost approximately Rs 37,000 in India.
